Yard Manager Alan joined Johanson Boatworks in the spring of 2016 to shift his career toward a management role. He has extensive experience working at major boatyards along the East Coast and is recognized as one of the best, if not the best, paint and spray applicators in the industry. His expertise and management skills have elevated our paint department to new heights. Alan is also willing to roll up his sleeves and work alongside his crew on any project that requires assistance. With over 40 years of experience and a strong dedication to his craft, he is an invaluable asset to our team. Under his guidance, our crew will continue to deliver high-quality work with professionalism.  In his spare time, Al enjoys spending time with his family in the White Mountains.
