Job Opening: Full-Time Marine Rigger

We are looking for a dependable full-time Marine Rigger to join our team. You will work on power and sailboats between 25 and 50 feet long. Key skills needed:

• Safely handle both power and sailboats

• Installing and removing masts

• Rigging and tuning boats for best performance

• Wiring masts for safety

• Rope splicing for secure connections

• Correctly bending sails

• Rigging windlasses and winches for sailing

Strong critical thinking skills are important for this job. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential overtime during the busy Spring Launch and Fall Haul Out periods.
