Members of the Office Team are first to greet employees and guests as they walk through the door. They work to create a comfortable and welcoming work environment where everybody has what they need. That being said, their work goes far beyond greeting interview candidates or fixing the coffee machine; they play an essential role in employee camaraderie.

Harmony Llanto - Office Manager

Harmony Llanto has a history in management in the transportation industry and brings a consistent face to Johanson Boatworks customer service. She is in constant communication between the office and our service departments to ensure that projects are being completed efficiently and within the allotted time; monitors safety and ensures safe practices following Boat Shop Procedures. Overall, she oversees the day-to-day running of the office.
